Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients, assessing their needs and developing treatment plans to improve mobility and function. Ensure compliance with all clinical standards and documentation requirements.
Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient condition through comprehensive assessments and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Execute therapy sessions utilizing established techniques and modalities to promote recovery.
• Document patient progress accurately in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes and coordinate care plans.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols during therapy sessions.
• Maintain active licensure and credentials, ensuring compliance with certification requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active and valid physical therapy license.
• Possess previous experience in clinical physical therapy, preferably with documentation and equipment knowledge.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and clinical skills relevant to diverse patient populations.
• Exhibit excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Be proficient in managing multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
