Job Summary:
This Physical Therapist position involves providing outpatient therapy services with an emphasis on compliance and documentation requirements. The role supports patient recovery and functional improvement through evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient condition and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional capacity.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain active licensure and stay updated with current clinical practices.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Physical Therapy license.
• Demonstrate experience in outpatient therapy settings.
• Possess strong documentation and compliance skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Be available to start by October 1st to qualify for a completion bonus.
