Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, implementing treatment plans to promote mobility, recovery, and overall well-being. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality rehabilitative care in a rehabilitation or clinical setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility and function.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic procedures and home care.
- Document patient care, progress, and outcomes accurately in medical records.
- Comply with all safety and clinical protocols to ensure optimal patient care.
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Proven experience providing physical therapy services in a clinical or outpatient setting.
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and rehabilitation equipment.
- Excellent communication skills to educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.
- Ability to perform assessments and develop effective treatment plans.
- Certified in CPR/BLS.
