Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team on a 13-week contract. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional rehabilitative services to patients, supporting their recovery and enhancing their quality of life.
Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions and exercises to promote mobility and function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families on ongoing therapy and self-care techniques
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress

Qualifications:

• Valid state or federal licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Proven experience providing physical therapy in a clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitative techniques and modalities
• Ability to evaluate patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adhere to facility policies, including wearing photo identification at all times
