Therapist - Physical Therapist

n Job Summary:n
n Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on orthopedics, with opportunities to expand into areas such as pediatrics, pelvic health, lymphedema, and neurological care. Deliver evidence-based treatment plans to promote functional recovery and improve patient quality of life.n

n Responsibilities:n

• n Assess, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatments for patients with orthopedic, neurological, or other diagnoses.n
• n Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately using Epic or other electronic medical records.n
• n Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop comprehensive rehabilitation plans.n
• n Educate patients and families on injury prevention, home exercises, and management of chronic conditions.n
• n Adhere to all safety, documentation, and licensing standards, including compliance with state and facility policies.n
• n Manage a daily patient load of 8-12 patients within designated productivity standards.n

n Qualifications:n

• n Hold an active MI State license in physical therapy prior to start date.n
• n BLS certification required; AHA preferred.n
• n Excellent clinical skills in orthopedics, geriatrics, or sports medicine; vestibular experience preferred.n
• n New graduates are welcome to apply; relevant clinical rotations or internships preferred.n
• n Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team within a busy outpatient setting.n
• n Ability to complete all required certifications and documentation prior to assignment.n
