Therapist - Physical Therapist

n Job Summary:n
n Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients through comprehensive assessment, treatment planning, and intervention strategies. Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient recovery and ensure optimal functional outcomes.n

n Responsibilities:n

• n Evaluate patients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments.n
• n Deliver direct patient care, implementing therapeutic interventions to promote mobility and functional improvement.n
• n Document patient progress, discharge summaries, and maintain accurate treatment records in accordance with department policies.n
• n Monitor and track patient outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as needed.n
• n Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and family members to coordinate ongoing therapeutic services and support outside hospital settings.n
• n Adhere to hospital and departmental policies, safety standards, infection control procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.n

n Qualifications:n

• n Hold a valid New York State license and current registration in Physical Therapy.n
• n Maintain CPR certification in accordance with state requirements.n
• n Possess at least one year of supervised experience as a licensed physical therapist within the past three years.n
• n Demonstrate strong clinical evaluation and treatment skills tailored to pediatric and adult populations.n
• n Exhibit excellent communication and documentation abilities.n
