Therapist - Occupational Therapy Assistant

n Job Summary:n
n Provide occupational therapy assistant services to patients under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist. Ensure patient care plans are implemented effectively to improve functional outcomes.n

n Responsibilities:n

• n Assist in developing and executing patient treatment plans based on the occupational therapist’s instructions.n
• n Implement therapeutic activities aimed at enhancing patients’ daily living skills and functional abilities.n
• n Monitor patient progress and report observations to the supervising therapist.n
• n Maintain accurate documentation of patient sessions and progress notes.n
• n Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized therapy environment.n
• n Support patients emotionally and motivate them throughout their recovery process.n

n Qualifications:n

• n Hold an Occupational Therapy Assistant credential or license as required by state regulations.n
• n Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.n
• n Demonstrate prior experience or familiarity with pediatric, inpatient, or outpatient therapy settings.n
• n Be able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.n
• n Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to respond to patient needs.n
• n Maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications.n
