n Job Summary:n
n We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Occupational Therapist Assistant to join a small, home-like skilled nursing facility. The role involves providing patient-centered occupational therapy services in a supportive, personalized environment.n

n Responsibilities:n

• n Assist the occupational therapist in implementing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.n
• n Monitor and document patient progress in accordance with clinical protocols and facility guidelines.n
• n Maintain a clean and professional appearance by adhering to dress code standards.n
• n Participate actively in therapy sessions, following the CRG P & P policies.n
• n Ensure productivity requirements are met, maintaining at least 92% efficiency.n
• n Be present in the facility during scheduled hours to guarantee availability for patient care.n

n Qualifications:n

• n Hold valid licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.n
• n Demonstrate experience in a skilled nursing or similar setting preferred.n
• n Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.n
• n Adapt to a patient-focused, team-oriented work environment.n
• n Follow established clinical protocols and documentation procedures.n
• n Maintain professional appearance and punctuality.n
