Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans designed by occupational therapists to assist patients in achieving therapy goals.
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities to promote autonomy and well-being.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and session details in compliance with facility protocols.
- Follow facility policies and professional standards, including dress code and attendance protocols.
- Ensure productivity goals are met, and coordinate presence in the building to guarantee scheduled hours.
- Adhere to established clinical procedures, including customization of care plans and safety guidelines.
- Hold an active State license or certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Demonstrate proficiency in therapeutic techniques relevant to skilled nursing settings.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, including fluency in Spanish preferred.
- Maintain a professional appearance consistent with dress code standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
