Position Summary: Therapist

The Clinician/Therapist is responsible for overseeing and providing treatment for a caseload of clients and families being served by our Home and Community Treatment and Outpatient programs. Therapeutic services are provided in-home, in-office, and via telehealth to ensure accessible and flexible care.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized, client-centered treatment plans, and collaborating closely with Behavioral Health Professionals (BHPs) to support families in achieving their mental health goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic services in both in-home and office-based settings, as well as via telehealth
• Oversee and provide treatment for a caseload of clients and families in the Home and Community Treatment and Outpatient programs
• Develop and implement individualized, client-centered treatment plans
• Collaborate and support BHPs in providing services to families
• Identify and connect clients with appropriate community-based resources

Required Credentials (must hold at least one):

• LCSW
• LMSW-cc
• LMFT
• LMFT-c
• LCPC
• LCPC-c

A valid driver's license is required.
