Aspire Health Partners is seeking a Therapist for our CAT (Community Action Team) in Orlando, FL. In this field-based role, you will provide therapeutic services to youth and young adults with serious mental health and co-occurring disorders, delivering individual, family, and group therapy in homes and community settings. You will complete biopsychosocial assessments, develop recovery-focused treatment plans, respond to crises, and coordinate care with schools, courts, and community partners.
