Job Description

What you'll do at DBH Treatment Planning & Patient Support Participate in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans Provide supportive care and assist with therapeutic interventions as needed Documentation & Reporting Complete charting, documentation, patient records, and required reports accurately and timely Group Facilitation & Activities Organize and facilitate therapeutic and recreational patient group activities Transportation Assistance Safely transport patients to scheduled off-site appointments and activities Patient Care & Intervention Participate in appropriate patient interventions to support safety, recovery, and overall well-being Thi s is an hourly position covered by the OCSEA/AFSCME bargaining unit (union), with a pay range of 7 on the OCSEA Pay Range Schedule. The hours of this position are from 2:30pm-11:00pm. This position is located at our Summit Behavioral Healthcare location, located at 1101 Summit Road, Cincinnati, OH 45237.
