Therapeutic Counselor (LCSW, LCPC, or Licensed School Counselor)

As a Therapeutic Counselor, you'll help individuals and families navigate challenges, build confidence, and work toward meaningful goals. You'll join a supportive, collaborative team where your experience and clinical perspective truly matter.
What you'll do:
- Provide individual and family counseling using a variety of therapeutic approaches.
- Support individuals facing challenges such as depression, substance abuse, stress, self-esteem, relationships, parenting, and vocational concerns.
- Conduct clinical assessments and provide recommendations based on participant needs.
- Facilitate or co-facilitate counseling groups.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on treatment planning and participant progress.
- Provide support, guidance, and crisis intervention as needed.
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and on time.
- Build strong relationships with participants, families, staff, and community partners.
What you bring:
- Master's degree in Human Services or a related field.
- Two years of relevant experience.
- LCSW, LCPC, or Licensed School Counselor credential.
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment.
- Ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
