About the Role
Are you high-energy, obsessed with excellence, and passionate about making a difference? As the Program Director , you will balance hands‑on teaching with high‑level leadership, ensuring our curriculum is delivered with 'wow' factor while mentoring a team of instructors to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Program & Curriculum Leadership: Oversee the full breadth of programs to ensure the high standards of The Little Gym International are met.
- Team Management & Development: Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate your fellow team members. Lead by example to foster a professional and positive environment.
- Teaching & Instruction: Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum. You’ll be actively moving and playing—acting like a kid right alongside our members!
- Customer Service: Provide an outstanding family‑like experience. Build strong relationships with children and their parents.
- Operational Support: Assist the Gym with day‑to‑day operations, including scheduling, answering inquiries, and maintaining a clean, safe facility.
- Marketing & Sales: Promote programs to new and existing families and assist with marketing.
Desired Qualifications
- You’re totally open to being a goofball and love giving high 5’s. (A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helps as well).
