Night AuditorProvides mandatory audits of transactions completed from that day for the Hotel Department.Essential Duties And Responsibilities:Check audit workEnsuing accuracy of guest chargesEnters and confirms all types of reservations in the system including, but not limited to, invitee and non-invitee eventsCheck Settlement ControlCheck on no ShowsEnsure all EZ Post, Bit Pay transactions have adhered to correct proceduresMake sure all Gift Cards transactions, online, and room reservations are correctly billedWork with guests as needed to finalize credit card disputesWork evening, weekend and holiday work hours as requiredFinalize all third-party invoices as neededWork with Sales Department to finalize all group billingMaintain safe, clean, and comfortable environment at all timesQualifications:Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.Be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorilyKnowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulationsKnowledgeable in LMS systemsMust be able to effectively communicate in English in both written and oral forms.Basic Math and Budgetary skillsProficient in MS officeExcellent bookkeeping skillsEducation And/Or Experience:High school diploma or the equivalentPrevious experience and/or trainingMust have or obtain all required work cardsMust possess excellent organizational skill to effectively complete necessary tasksMust possess excellent guest service skills to effectively deal with guestsPhysical, Mental And Work Environment:Manual dexterity to operate job related equipmentWork is typically in an area which may be noisy and may contain secondhand smokePerformance of job duties will require standing, walking, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling and graspingTasks will include but not limited to the maintenance and care of assigned areaConstant contact with fellow Team Members and guestsDisclaimer: This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements efforts or working conditions associated with the job.
