The Role
We're looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to own a core area of our platform — from discovery through delivery and beyond. You'll work at the intersection of customer insight, business strategy, and technical execution, partnering closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to build products that solve real problems at scale.
This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, leads with data, and knows how to rally a team around a clear and compelling vision.
What You'll Do
- Own the full product lifecycle for a key platform area — define the vision, build the roadmap, and drive execution from concept to launch
- Deeply understand our customers through interviews, usage data, and market research; translate insights into clear, prioritized product requirements
- Partner with engineering and design to ship high-quality product experiences on time and with measurable impact
- Define and track success metrics; use data to evaluate performance, inform decisions, and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure successful product launches and strong adoption
- Identify market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging customer needs to continuously sharpen the product strategy
- Influence without authority — align cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders around a shared product direction
- Mentor and support junior PMs, contributing to a strong product culture across the organization
Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years owning a significant product area end-to-end
- Proven track record of shipping impactful B2B or enterprise software products
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with data, defining metrics, and making evidence-based decisions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to craft clear narratives for both technical and executive audiences
- Experience working in agile development environments with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in workflow automation, fintech, or enterprise SaaS
- Familiarity with SQL or BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Amplitude) for self-serve data analysis
- Experience with platform or API products
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field
- Prior experience managing or mentoring other PMs
