A well-established and highly respected commercial electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Traveling Texas Electrical Superintendent to join its team in the Texas market This organization offers long-term career stability, a strong safety culture, excellent training and development programs, and opportunities for advancement while working on large-scale commercial electrical projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all electrical field operations on assigned projects.
  • Ensure installations comply with applicable electrical codes, project specifications, and quality standards.
  • Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across all job sites.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop field personnel to maximize productivity and performance.
  • Coordinate manpower, material planning, and project schedules.
  • Maintain accurate reporting for project progress, labor hours, safety incidents, and change orders.
  • Collaborate with project management, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams to resolve project issues.
  • Serve as the primary field leader, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent or in a comparable field leadership role.
  • Strong experience with manpower planning, scheduling, and material management.
  • Ability to manage commercial electrical projects throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth and North Texas region.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
