To drive strategic growth, the full-time salaried Texas Senior Finance Manager will co-own the business unit strategy and results, lead financial analysis, and present recommendations to senior leadership while working in a hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Develop and co-own the business unit strategy, shaping growth initiatives and financial integrity Lead financial modeling, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews, ensuring data-driven insights for decision-making Collaborate with business leaders on pricing, investments, and commercial decisions, influencing strategic outcomes Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience; or a Master's degree with 7+ years of experience Proven track record of influencing strategic decisions as a trusted partner to senior management Strong foundation in US GAAP and/or IFRS, with experience in internal controls and audit Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including the ability to build models from scratch Experience with Oracle analytical platforms or comparable ERP and data warehouse tools
