Negotiating and processing payments for past due accounts, the part-time Texas Remote Collections Representative will engage with customers via telephone to assess financial conditions, find solutions for delinquency, and ensure prompt payment recovery while adhering to corporate policies and regulations. Key responsibilities Conduct thorough inquiries to accurately assess consumers' financial conditions Determine reasons for delinquency and develop creative solutions for payment resolution Maintain customer accounts throughout the collection process, ensuring compliance with established guidelines Required qualifications High school diploma; some college preferred Outgoing, assertive, and competitive personality Ability to acquire strong negotiation skills Detail-oriented with accurate documentation abilities Flexible schedule availability, including weekends
