To support a growing team, the full-time Texas Licensed Telephonic Case Manager will work remotely to develop and implement treatment plans for injured individuals, collaborating with healthcare providers and employers to facilitate their recovery and return to work. Key responsibilities: Manage treatment plans by collaborating with physicians and assessing the recovery of injured individuals Evaluate and modify case goals based on patients' progress and treatment effectiveness Independently prioritize and manage a caseload while preparing status updates for stakeholders Required qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS, CRC) 2+ years of clinical practice experience, preferably in workers' compensation Reliable internet access for remote work
