To support the Texas Child Health Access Through Telemedicine (TCHATT) program, a Texas Licensed Senior Social Worker (LMSW/LCSW) will provide remote social work services focused on assessing and addressing the medical, psychiatric, and social needs of students, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and community resources. Key responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments to interpret patients' social, emotional, environmental, and financial needs Plan treatment courses or refer cases to appropriate professionals to ensure patients receive suitable care Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to develop and monitor individualized care plans Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field required; Master's Degree in Social Work preferred 1 year of social work experience required; medical social work experience preferred Licensed Baccalaureate Social Worker (LBSW) by the State of Texas required Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the State of Texas preferred Experience delivering evidence-based treatment modalities specific to trauma is preferred
