To support enterprise-wide artificial intelligence initiatives, the full-time Texas Licensed Senior Machine Learning Engineer will oversee the end-to-end AI model lifecycle, design CI/CD pipelines, and promote responsible AI practices while working remotely within Texas. Key responsibilities Oversee end-to-end AI model lifecycles including training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of production-quality machine learning models Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining, focusing on security and scalability Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and integrate models into enterprise systems while delivering training to enhance AI understanding Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Five years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or software engineering (three years with a Master's, one year with a PhD) Experience developing MLOps pipelines for AI models and custom machine learning algorithms Hands-on experience in deploying and maintaining machine learning systems in production environments Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
