Supporting technical accounting research and documentation, the full-time Texas Licensed Senior Accountant will manage contract reviews for accounting treatment, participate in SEC reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SOX requirements in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Research, analyze, and document accounting conclusions for complex transactions Prepare and maintain technical accounting position papers and memorandums Participate in the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close process, including journal entries and financial reporting Required qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in public company accounting or audit roles, including 2+ years in technical accounting Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field CPA license preferred Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills Proficiency in NetSuite and familiarity with Workiva SEC reporting tool is a plus
