Leading clinical research efforts, the full-time Texas Licensed Research Nurse Supervisor will oversee research protocols, coordinate patient care, and support operational excellence within the GI Medical Oncology department while working onsite and remotely. Key responsibilities Manage the operation of multiple clinical research protocols and facilitate patient care activities Mentor and develop newly hired research nurses while overseeing staff productivity and performance Collaborate on quality assurance reviews and ensure compliance with research protocols and regulatory requirements Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Four years of registered nursing experience, including one year in research nursing and one year in a supervisory or project management role Texas RN state licensure BLS certification Experience in clinical research and oncology nursing is preferred
