Providing clinical intervention to members with Substance Use Disorders, the full-time Texas Licensed Recovery Counselor will co-facilitate virtual multidisciplinary groups and utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques while working remotely on a 4x10 schedule. Key responsibilities: Co-facilitate virtual multidisciplinary groups and support groups on SUD-related topics Utilize Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques in both group and individual formats Prepare documentation in accordance with organizational and state standards while completing evaluations for program enrollment Required qualifications: Master's degree required Independent clinical Texas state licensure (LCSW or LMFT) required At least one year of experience providing SUD services in an inpatient or outpatient setting Fluency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing skills Experience facilitating groups using therapeutic interventions
