Texas Licensed RCM Coding Supervisor

Overseeing coding operations, the full-time Texas Licensed RCM Coding Supervisor will ensure the accuracy, quality, compliance, and efficiency of physician coding activities while managing relationships with outsourced coding vendors and internal stakeholders in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Monitor vendor productivity and conduct routine audits to ensure compliance with coding standards Develop and maintain coding policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements Analyze coding performance data and prepare reports for leadership, identifying areas for improvement Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred Current Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist-Physician Based (CCS-P) certification required Minimum of 3 to 5 years of physician coding experience required Experience in conducting coding audits and supporting compliance initiatives required Supervisory or project leadership experience preferred
