Supporting day-to-day recruitment and HR operations, the remote full-time Provider Recruitment Associate will lead full cycle recruitment for maternal health providers, develop sustainable talent pipelines, and maintain employee records while ensuring compliance with relevant standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead full cycle recruitment for maternal health and lactation consultant certified providers, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding Develop and maintain sustainable talent pipelines through outreach to educational programs and professional associations Manage job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling while ensuring compliance with EEO and Workforce Commission standards Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 3+ years of healthcare recruitment experience, with a preference for women's maternal health Experience in venture-backed health technology start-ups High level of professionalism and discretion with sensitive information Ability to work remotely and communicate asynchronously
