Supporting Medicare Part D members and providers, the full-time Remote Prior Authorization Pharmacist will manage pharmacy benefit requests, perform clinical reviews, and ensure compliance while working remotely. Key responsibilities Set up and review pharmacy benefit cases for accuracy and completeness Apply clinical judgment and utilize drug compendia/resources for decision-making Document clearly within internal systems and contact providers for additional clinical information as needed Required qualifications Active Pharmacist license in good standing in the state of residence Bachelor's in Pharmacy or PharmD Comfort with a productivity-driven, computer-based environment High-speed wired internet meeting specified download/upload speeds Dedicated, quiet workspace for remote work
