Supporting payroll operations for a dynamic workforce, the full-time Texas Licensed Payroll Analyst will manage multi-state payroll processing in Workday, ensure compliance and accuracy, and collaborate closely with HR and Total Rewards teams, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Process multi-state payroll accurately and on schedule, including regular and off-cycle runs Monitor payroll tax thresholds and deadlines, assisting with year-end activities and audits Partner with HR Business Partners on compensation changes and respond to employee payroll inquiries Required qualifications 3-5 years of hands-on payroll processing experience, ideally in a multi-state environment Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll; experience with equity or stock-based payroll is a strong plus Working knowledge of ADP SmartCompliance and federal, state, and local payroll tax requirements Strong reconciliation and analytical skills with the ability to manage tight deadlines accurately Proficiency in Excel and openness to leveraging AI tools for workflow improvements
