To support a remote healthcare team, the full-time Texas Licensed Patient Enrollment Specialist will engage patients through outbound and inbound calls, assist with enrollment and appointment scheduling, and provide clinical support while maintaining accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient outreach and enrollment activities, including scheduling and confirming appointments Perform clinical support tasks such as medication reconciliation and updating patient medical histories Accurately document patient interactions and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations Required Qualifications Medical Assistant certification Previous experience in a healthcare, medical office, telehealth, or patient care setting Ability to work independently in a remote environment Reliable attendance and ability to maintain assigned full-time work hours Strong organizational and documentation skills
