To support a high-volume inbound call center, the full-time Texas Licensed Patient Access Representative will manage patient inquiries, provide exceptional service, and complete patient registrations while working in a hybrid environment with some remote responsibilities. Key responsibilities Handle an average of 60-65 patient and clinical business calls daily, ensuring a positive patient experience Complete registrations for new patients, verifying demographics and insurance information Assist patients with scheduling appointments and addressing inquiries, including medication refill requests Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent experience required One (1) year of customer service experience One (1) year of experience in a healthcare and/or clinical setting Bilingual preferred, but not required Proficient typing and keyboarding skills with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
