Offering a flexible opportunity for Texas Licensed Optometrists, the full-time or part-time Independent Contractor will conduct comprehensive eye exams remotely using patented technology while collaborating with patients and support staff. Key responsibilities Examine patients remotely in the states where licensed using specialized video conference technology Analyze eye health and generate prescriptions for eyeglasses or contact lenses with the support of Ophthalmic Technicians Manage patient communications effectively through verbal and visual interactions Required qualifications Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited institution Active Texas state optometry license Experience with telemedicine or remote patient care is preferred Multiple state licenses are a plus Willingness to undergo credentialing and training as needed
