To provide parental leave coverage with the potential for a longer-term position, the full-time remote Advanced Practice Provider (Texas Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate) will deliver high-quality, patient-centered primary care, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute concerns while managing a fast-paced caseload of asynchronous cases. Key responsibilities: Deliver safe, high-quality primary care across asynchronous and synchronous modalities Build strong, longitudinal patient relationships to enhance engagement and satisfaction Quickly master clinical platforms and contribute to clinical protocols and workflows Required qualifications: Active, unrestricted Texas NP or PA license; additional state licenses are a plus 3+ years of experience providing primary care to adults Strong clinical judgment and commitment to high-quality primary care Experience in virtual care and/or startup environments is a plus Availability to work Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm CT
