Texas Licensed Mortgage Servicing Representative

Bilingual Spanish Mortgage Servicing Representatives will provide customer support for existing loans, handling inquiries and resolving issues related to mortgage servicing, while working full-time onsite or remotely based on location, with a schedule from 12pm-9pm CST. Key responsibilities Handles inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with mortgage servicing inquiries and issues Initiates early delinquency contacts and recommends retention solutions based on borrower circumstances Documents customer interactions accurately in the Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP) and ensures compliance with CFPB guidelines Required qualifications Bilingual in Spanish, with a strong understanding of mortgage industry terminology and practices Minimum of 5 years' experience in a mortgage servicing call center using Black Knight's MSP High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred Ability to work under pressure and meet performance standards consistently Proficient in MS Windows, MS Outlook, and MS Office Suite
