Key responsibilities Serve in a client-facing role, delivering an exceptional customer experience while consistently meeting critical deadlines Manage loan pipelines with clear, proactive communication on loan status and next steps Accurately collect, review, and verify loan application documentation for various loan products Required qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of experience in mortgage operations, focusing on residential mortgage loan processing and pipeline management Proficient in Encompass or a comparable Loan Origination System and Microsoft Office Suite Comprehensive knowledge of the mortgage lending industry, including current RESPA regulations and compliance requirements Demonstrated understanding of a broad range of mortgage products, including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Texas Bond loan programs Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while effectively managing multiple priorities
