To maximize recoveries and minimize losses, the full-time Texas Licensed Mortgage Claims Specialist will manage the timely filing, tracking, recovery, and reconciliation of mortgage-related claims while working remotely. Key responsibilities Prepare, review, and manage various mortgage-related claims from initiation through final resolution, ensuring compliance with all requirements Analyze claim documentation and servicing records to identify opportunities for improved recoveries and reduced losses Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve claim-related issues and optimize recovery efforts Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED 3-5 years of experience in mortgage servicing, claims administration, or related fields Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with mortgage servicing platforms
