Texas Licensed Mental Health Therapist

To support a growing telehealth initiative, the full-time Texas Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide evidence-based treatment via live video, manage a diverse caseload, and utilize digital tools to enhance client outcomes while working remotely. Key responsibilities Deliver short-term, evidence-based therapy through video sessions while maintaining a full clinical caseload Assign digital lessons and assessments to clients to enhance learning and monitor progress between sessions Participate in clinical consultation meetings and peer reviews to continuously improve therapeutic skills and approaches Required qualifications Master's degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC) Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license without current, past, or pending disciplinary action Experience providing evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, and DBT Experience managing clinical crises and risk as needed Familiarity with telehealth services and video communication tools
