To provide remote telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients, the part-time Texas Licensed Mental Health Facilitator will facilitate group sessions, engage clients, and collaborate with the care team while adhering to best practices and operational policies. Key responsibilities Facilitate group sessions using the latest curriculum and best practices, ensuring client engagement and participation Complete onboarding requirements and maintain regular communication with supervisory staff Collaborate with the care team and participate in treatment team meetings and supervision sessions Required qualifications Master's degree in mental health or a related field Experience working with youth and young adults Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification is a plus) Technical proficiency in running effective telehealth sessions and using cloud-based communication software Availability during late afternoons and evenings on weekdays and Saturdays
