To oversee the operational performance of the Referral Navigator Department, the full-time salaried Texas Licensed Medical Management Supervisor will manage staff, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and improve workflow efficiency while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Supervise and support Referral Navigator staff while maintaining an active production workload Ensure adherence to organizational policies and monitor quality performance through audits and reviews Oversee daily operational performance to meet established turnaround times for referrals and requests Required qualifications: Graduate from an accredited nursing program Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse with state of Texas privileges 6+ years as a licensed vocational nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) 4+ years of experience in authorization modules or managed care operational areas 2+ years of management or supervisory experience in a managed care setting
