To oversee facility assessments and ensure compliance with guidelines, the full-time Texas Licensed MDS Consultant will manage the resident assessment process, provide oversight on PDPM meetings, and develop training for new MDS Coordinators in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Provide oversight on facilities' weekly PDPM meetings and track effective utilization of PDPM tools Create clinical reporting systems and hold monthly workshops on PDPM and CMS regulations Ensure accurate and timely completion of all MDS Assessments and coordinate interdisciplinary participation for new admissions Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent MDS certification is preferred Experience in clinical and management roles, preferably in a regional or corporate setting Knowledge of CMS/OIG surveys and regulations Strong analytical and reporting skills
