Experienced Texas Licensed Loan Processors will find a full-time opportunity focused on processing residential mortgage loans, ensuring compliance and accuracy while managing a pipeline of loans in a dynamic office environment. Key responsibilities Process various types of residential mortgage loans, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements Obtain and review necessary loan documentation, submitting complete packages to Underwriting for approval Communicate effectively with loan officers, buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders to provide excellent customer service Required qualifications 5+ years of retail loan processing experience, particularly with FHA/VA and Conventional loans Fluency in Spanish is a plus Familiarity with Byte software is helpful but not necessary Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
