Key responsibilities Close sales by influencing prospects through the loan application process within 1-2 calls Manage up to 20 active transactions at various stages to ensure effective follow-up Identify customer pain points and articulate solutions using the company's loan products Required qualifications 3+ years of recent inside sales experience, preferably in an outbound call center environment Proven track record in commission-heavy sales roles Ability to navigate Salesforce or similar CRMs while maintaining engaging conversations Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift including one weekend day
