Texas Licensed Liability Claims Representative

Analyzing Bodily Injury Premise claims, the full-time Texas Licensed Liability Claims Representative will adjudicate complex customer claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate with clients while working in a hybrid or remote environment. Key responsibilities Processing claims through action plans to achieve timely resolutions by investigating and gathering necessary information Negotiating settlements of claims within designated authority Communicating claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred 1 - 2 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred Knowledge of jurisdictional requirements, particularly in Texas Texas state licensing is required
