Providing essential support for internal users, the full-time Texas Licensed IT Help Desk Specialist will install hardware, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and manage identity and access configurations in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Set up and install new computing hardware and software, providing advanced troubleshooting for various operating systems and devices Administer identity and access configurations across platforms, including Active Directory and Microsoft 365, while maintaining remote support infrastructure Lead small-to-medium-sized IT projects and contribute to IT documentation to enhance Help Desk operations Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 3-4 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or similar technical roles Proficiency with Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management systems Completed college coursework in an IT-related field or technical science Strong understanding of security best practices and advanced troubleshooting across hardware and software
