Seeking a Texas Licensed EAP Counselor, the full-time remote position will provide integrated EAP services, including assessment, crisis intervention, and clinical case management while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards. Key responsibilities: Provide integrated EAP services including assessment, triage, and crisis management Deliver counseling services efficiently and professionally while ensuring client confidentiality Conduct initial evaluations and follow-up calls for clients facing various mental health and substance abuse issues Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma in counseling or psychology Minimum of 2 years of direct client contact providing counseling or mental health services Experience in conducting assessments and utilizing clinical evaluation tools Training in mindfulness or solution-focused counseling is a plus
