To support a growing team, the full-time Texas Licensed Debt Collector will work remotely to persuade delinquent customers to establish repayment terms while achieving production goals and adhering to legal collection standards. Key responsibilities Persuades delinquent customers to establish repayment terms using collection software and maintains professionalism Achieves production goals for servicing delinquent accounts while ensuring quality service Accurately notates each account with efforts performed and results attained, following all applicable regulations Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in Debt Collections High School Diploma or GED required Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States Must pass a clean background check and negative drug test Basic computer knowledge and typing skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems
