To launch Allara's Psychiatry Service Line, a Texas Licensed Consulting Psychiatrist will work remotely on a contract basis, developing clinical protocols and safety standards while treating patients with mild to moderate depression, anxiety, and PMDD. Key Responsibilities Develop clinical protocols for psychiatric treatment and build hiring standards for PMHNP candidates Allocate time to treat patients and provide supervision and case consultations post-launch Collaborate with clinical and operations leadership to design safety and escalation protocols Required Qualifications Active board certification in Psychiatry through ABPN or AOBNP An active, unrestricted medical license in Texas or other specified states A minimum of 5 years of post-residency clinical experience in outpatient care Experience treating women's mental health conditions, including depression and anxiety Proven ability in supervising or collaborating with psychiatric nurse practitioners
