Utilizing various collection strategies, the full-time Texas Licensed Collection Representative will manage a portfolio of charged-off accounts with principal balances of $2,501 and greater, negotiating payment arrangements and ensuring compliance with regulatory policies in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Review accounts to determine the next course of action for resolving delinquent debts Negotiate payment terms and settlements while applying knowledge of credit bureau reporting to support skip tracing efforts Document all account activity accurately and participate in continuous improvement training sessions to enhance collection techniques Required qualifications High school education or GED equivalent Minimum of 2 years of collections or sales experience preferred Understanding of credit bureau reporting (CBR) Knowledge of FDCPA and compliance regulations Experience with negotiation and conflict resolution strategies
