Texas Licensed Clinical Nurse

To support the delivery of high-quality breast cancer care, the full-time Texas Licensed Clinical Nurse will provide, coordinate, and support evidence-based direct patient care in an outpatient setting, working Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Key responsibilities Lead and organize the patient care team to ensure continuity of care and effective discharge planning Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess patient needs and develop care plans Participate in evidence-based practice projects to integrate research findings into daily care practices Required qualifications Current State of Texas Professional Nursing license (RN) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing Preferred: Two years of clinical nurse experience, preferably in an oncology outpatient setting Preferred: OCN - Oncology Nurse Certification or CBCN - Certified Breast Care Nurse
