Texas Licensed Client Relations Representative

Seeking a Texas Licensed Client Relations Representative, the full-time remote role will manage existing commercial insurance client relationships, handle policy renewals, and assist with service requests while collaborating with insurance advisors and carrier partners. Key responsibilities Support transactions by addressing customer inquiries and providing relationship-based customer service Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships through proactive engagement and education Maintain accurate records and assist in client retention efforts through effective policy servicing Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred General Lines Agent - Property & Casualty License preferred but not required Experience in Property & Casualty insurance, particularly in commercial lines Strong account management and client service experience, including renewals and follow-up Proficiency with computer systems and CRM platforms
